Chance Gist Obituary, Death; – The Fayette County Coroner has identified the individual who was fatally shot in Lexington last night. According to officials, 25-year-old Chance Gist succumbed to injuries sustained from a gunshot wound.
Law enforcement responded to the scene in the 1500 block of North Limestone shortly before 9 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was transported to the UK Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Lexington Police Department is treating the incident as a homicide.
