Mallory Warden Obituary, Death; – Authorities have revealed that three additional individuals are facing charges related to the murder of Mallory Warden. The new suspects, all young women, are confronted with serious felony allegations associated with a series of armed robberies occurring between Ellijay and Jasper.
The individuals charged include:
Aspen Leigh Cagle, 15, from Ball Ground – Felony Murder and Felony Robbery
Madison Alina Grace Perez, 19, from Ellijay – Felony Murder
Elizabeth “Rylie” Sue Henson, 17, from Ball Ground – Felony Robbery
Gilmer County Sheriff Nicholson stated that these charges arise from a conspiracy to commit multiple armed robberies. One of these planned incidents led to the fatal shooting of Mallory Lyric Warden, a resident of Jasper.
Warden was discovered with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle on South Main Street in Ellijay on September 19. She was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Investigators later established that the shooting took place on Talona Road in Gilmer County.
Previously, two teenagers and one young man were arrested in connection with Warden’s death. They have been identified as 21-year-old Gray Anthony McClure, 17-year-old Robert Gabriel Shoilekov, and 18-year-old Davonnte Lavon Brehon.
Sheriff Nicholson emphasized, “We are committed to charging all individuals involved in this case, regardless of their level of participation, whether they were present at the scene or contributed to the planning of the crimes. Anyone who assists in the commission of a crime will face legal consequences.”
The investigation is ongoing, and Sheriff Nicholson has indicated that further arrests are anticipated as the case develops.
