Joel Bashaw Obituary Death; A fatal incident occurred in Concord involving a collision between a bicyclist and a vehicle, resulting in one death.
The accident took place at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday near the intersection of South Main Street and Holly Street. Authorities reported that the bicyclist, identified as 61-year-old Joel Bashaw from Concord, was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
