Adrian Bailey, aged 27, was taken into custody on suspicion of two counts of murder concerning the deaths of his mother and father in the 6400 block of New Brunswick Avenue, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
In the arrest report, LVMPD indicated that Bailey made a 911 call that evening, during which he requested to be taken into custody for “murder.” He allegedly called again, urging police officers to end his life.

He expressed that he had committed the “unthinkable” and stated, “I killed them,” as noted in the report. Upon arrival, officers discovered the two victims; the father was declared dead at the scene, while the mother was later pronounced dead at UMC.

The police reported finding a small metal baseball bat with what appeared to be blood on it. Additionally, Bailey was found to have blood on his hands, feet, face, and clothing.
Bailey requested an attorney during his conversation with a detective, and no statement was taken.

On Monday, a judge ordered that Bailey be held without bail until a future custody hearing. His next court appearance is set for Wednesday, December 31.
