Jesse James Rhodes Obituary, Death; – Police are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in a vehicle with gunshot wounds.
Just before 1:30 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the 1000 block of Haskell Street for reports of shots fired.
Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Jesse James Rhodes.
