Virginia L Maloy Obituary, Death: – On October 10, 2024, at approximately 3:31 p.m., State Police were dispatched in response to a report of a fatal collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of State Route 394 and Water Street in the town of Ellicott.
Initial investigations indicated that the incident involved a 2015 Nissan Sentra, operated by 41-year-old Jacqueline C. Visker from Kennedy, who was traveling eastbound on State Route 394. Concurrently, a 2010 Toyota, driven by 66-year-old Lori L. Maloy from Warren, Pennsylvania, was proceeding north on the same route. It was established that Maloy had come to a stop at a stop sign before entering the path of Visker’s vehicle.
Unfortunately, Virginia L. Maloy, a 95-year-old passenger in the Toyota, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Both Visker and Lori Maloy were transported to UPMC Chautauqua for medical assessment following the incident. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident remains active, with authorities continuing to collect further information regarding the events leading up to the crash.
