Bilcher Ronaldino Huinil Lopez Obituary, Death; – A Germantown resident has died as a result of a single-vehicle accident in Damascus, according to authorities.

Montgomery County police reported that the incident took place shortly after 4 a.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Ridge Road and Kings Valley Road.

Upon their arrival, officers found a gray 2013 Honda Civic that had veered off the road, collided with a fire hydrant, and overturned after hitting an embankment. The driver, identified as Bilcher Ronaldino Huinil Lopez, was located on the roadway after being ejected from the vehicle.

Lopez was the sole occupant of the car, as stated by the police. He was declared dead at the scene.

As per an initial investigation, authorities indicated that the Honda was heading southbound when the driver lost control. Evidence collected at the site suggested that alcohol might have played a role in the accident.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently conducting an investigation.
