James Harvey Obituary, Death; – The man who was hit and killed near an intersection in north Fresno has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office on Monday.
Fresno Police reported Sunday evening that they responded to Bullard Avenue and First Street, where they found a man lying on the roadway.
He was administered first aid before being transferred to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. That man was identified by the coroner as 48-year-old James Harvey of Fresno.
Investigators report Harvey was crossing the intersection westbound on Bullard Avenue when he was hit. The driver remained on scene and was not suspected to be under the influence.
