Abou Keita Arrested; – A 22-year-old has been arrested in connection with a deadly South Philadelphia double shooting.
Abou Keita was arrested on Tuesday after he was located inside a parked vehicle on the 2200 block of South Felton Street, according to police.
He has been charged with murder and attempted murder, among other related offenses.
