Antonio E Morris Obituary, Death; – A man from Sylacauga lost his life in a head-on collision in Shelby County.
On Friday, Alabama State Troopers identified the deceased as Antonio E. Morris, aged 64.
The accident occurred at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday along Shelby County 11, approximately one mile west of Chelsea.
Trooper Jaylon James reported that Morris was operating a Toyota Tacoma when it collided head-on with a Ford Transit, which was driven by 64-year-old Coleman White from Alabaster.
Morris was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.
Troopers are continuing their investigation into the incident.
