Jeremiah Neal,Elijah Silver Arrested; – Three individuals have been apprehended by the San Francisco police concerning the shooting death of a man near Fisherman’s Wharf this summer, as reported by the department on Monday.
The incident originates from a deadly shooting at the intersection of Vandewater and Powell streets on July 3, which resulted in the death of a man. Initially, the victim was discovered alive and was taken to the hospital, but he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on July 8.
Investigators have identified multiple suspects in this case, one of whom passed away last month. The other three individuals have been arrested.
Jeremiah Neal, 19, and Elijah Silver, 20, both residents of Oakland, were taken into custody on Friday after a tactical SWAT team from the SFPD executed a search warrant at their home located in the 2500 block of Wallace Street in Oakland.
On the same day, additional tactical units executed a search warrant in San Francisco at the 600 block of Francisco Street, leading to the arrest of Jesus Gabriel Cendejas, 22. Investigators also reportedly discovered a firearm at this residence.
All three men have been booked into jail on charges of homicide. The fourth suspect believed to be connected to the July homicide was himself a victim of homicide in San Francisco in September, according to police reports.
