Gary Andrew Harris Jr Obituary, Death; –A 48-year-old man was killed while crossing the street in Bessemer over the weekend.
Gary Andrew Harris, Jr. was hit by a car while crossing 19th Street North at approximately 10:58 a.m. Sunday. He was pronounced dead at 11:10 p.m. by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
No charges have been made against the driver, nor has the driver been identified. The Bessemer Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
