Shawney M Mann Obituary, Death; – Authorities have disclosed the identity of the woman who was reportedly killed by a hit-and-run driver in North Portland last week. The driver remains unidentified and is still at large.
Shawney M. Mann, aged 34, from Portland, succumbed to her injuries at the site of the accident, according to police reports.
Officers discovered Mann, who was on foot, at approximately 10:40 p.m. on September 24, as stated by the police. The incident took place at North Marine Drive close to Anchor Way, and the driver escaped prior to the arrival of law enforcement.
The vehicle involved in the incident is described as “likely a 2010-2016 Cadillac SRX” with noticeable damage to the front bumper, as per the Portland Police Bureau. The specific color of the vehicle remains unknown.
