Lantz Darensbourg Arrested;- A Longview man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for striking and killing a pedestrian while driving under the influence.
Lantz Darensbourg, 47, of Longview, was arrested in February of last year after his vehicle veered off the road and struck a pedestrian. Officers found Darensbourg was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Darensbourg pled guilty to intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle Monday.
He was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
