Priscilla Jones Obituary, Death; – The Knox County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating a fatal dog attack that led to the death of a woman in Knox County on August 30.
Authorities have indicated that the event took place on August 30 at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the Flat Lick community, where a woman named Priscilla Jones, aged 44, was walking along the street.
Reports suggest that Jones was attacked and gravely injured by a “pack of dogs roaming the area.” Officials stated that Knox County 911 was contacted after a nearby resident heard Jones screaming.
When the East Knox Fire Department arrived, they discovered Jones with life-threatening injuries and “unable to communicate,” as per official reports. She was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Authorities have confirmed that the incident is currently under investigation.
