Jack R Axx Obituary, Death; – The New York State Police have disclosed the identity of the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a collision last week in Wayne County.
According to troopers, Jack R. Axx, a 19-year-old resident of Webster, succumbed to his injuries at the scene after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck at approximately 9:50 p.m. on August 22. This incident took place near 181 Lake Road in the Town of Ontario.
Investigators have established that Axx was heading west on a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle when he impacted the front passenger side of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling east and turning into a private driveway.
The driver of the pickup truck and his passenger, both from Ontario, did not sustain any injuries.
The State Police continue to investigate the crash, with involvement from the Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
