Ndata Bobb Obituary, Death; – A woman who passed away following reports of a disturbance in Edinburgh on Thursday has been identified by the police.
Ndata Bobb, aged 43, was transported to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for medical treatment and succumbed shortly thereafter.
A 55-year-old male has been apprehended and charged in relation to her death.
Detective Inspector Kevin Tait stated: “This is a shocking incident, and I would encourage anyone with concerns or information to reach out to the police.”
Authorities were summoned to a report of a disturbance at a residence on Restalrig Avenue at approximately 01:00 on Thursday.
The man was taken to St John’s Hospital for medical care.
Police indicated that he has since been arrested and charged in connection with Ms. Bobb’s death and is anticipated to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
Detective Inspector Tait remarked: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Ndata during this extremely challenging time.
“Our investigation is ongoing; however, we are not seeking anyone else in connection with Ndata’s death.”
