Courtland Ladarien Watkins Obituary, Death; – A Birmingham man was killed in a predawn crash Friday in Mountain Brook.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Courtland Ladarien Watkins. He was 21. The single-vehicle wreck happened at 2:51 a.m. in the 4000 block of Montevallo Road South. Additional details have not been released.
Watkins, who was the driver and lone occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead on the scene at 3:08 a.m. The Mountain Brook Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the wreck.
