Theresa Cechini Obituary, Death; – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has identified a woman who died in a boat crash on Tuesday on Leech Lake.
59-year-old Theresa Cechini of Cass Lake was found unresponsive and died as paramedics were treating her on the way to the Walker Airport.
The medical examiner’s report indicates she suffered a medical emergency before the crash. Cechini’s boat crashed into rocks near Walker City Park along the south shore of the lake.
