Jayson Bruno-Matos Obituary, Death; – Authorities are conducting an investigation following the shooting death of a 42-year-old man over the weekend in New Britain.
The deceased has been identified as Jayson Bruno-Matos, a resident of Bristol, as per the information provided by authorities.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene of the shooting at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, located on the 100 block of Arch Street.
Officers present reported discovering a man with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, according to police reports.
Law enforcement officials stated that there is no indication that any other individuals are at risk, and the incident seems to be connected to a prior disturbance.
