James Blue Obituary, Death; – Police arrested a third suspect in connection with a drive-by shooting that killed a 56-year-old man last week in southeast Oklahoma City.
Around 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 14, police responded to a drive-by shooting at a home along Southeast 21st Street near Byers Avenue. When officers arrived, they found two people who had been shot.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to a local hospital. The second victim is expected to recover, according to police.
The Oklahoma City Police Department identified the victim who died as James Blue, 56.
