Spencer Lehmkuhl,Randy Dibuono Obituary, Death; – Two motorcyclists lost their lives within four days at the same intersection in northeast Colorado Springs.

On the evening of August 9, authorities reported that a motorcycle collided with an SUV at the intersection of Garmish Road and Union Boulevard. Bystanders attempted to perform CPR on the motorcyclist; however, despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. He was later identified as 20-year-old Spencer Lehmkuhl.

Subsequently, police were dispatched to the same intersection on the afternoon of August 12 for another incident involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. The rider unfortunately passed away before first responders arrived and was identified on Monday as 41-year-old Randy Dibuono.

In both incidents, law enforcement indicated that speeding was a contributing factor. It remains unclear whether either rider was wearing a helmet.

Over the past year, the Colorado Springs Police Department has reported a total of 48 fatal crashes within the city.
