Kevin Leander Myers Obituary, Death;- Virginia State Police is investigating a single vehicle crash, which resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred Monday, Aug 18th at 4:42 a.m. on Route 844, two tenths of a mile north of Route 703 in Pittsylvania County.
A 2022 Nissan Sentra was traveling south on Route 844 at a high rate of speed when the vehicle crossed the centerline, overcorrected and ran off the right side of the roadway and striking a tree.
The crash remains under investigation.
