Randall McElroy Obituary, Death; – An autopsy has been mandated following the discovery of a deceased individual at a Nebraska ethanol facility.
On Saturday, August 16, Pierce County 911 received a report indicating that a person had collapsed within a fermenting tank at the Husker Ag Ethanol Production Facility, situated east of Plainview, Nebraska.
Plainview Fire and Rescue, along with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, promptly responded to the location.
As per the Pierce County Attorney, upon their arrival, efforts to revive the victim, who has now been identified as 31-year-old Randall McElroy from Cushing, Oklahoma, were unsuccessful. McElroy was declared dead at the scene.
The county attorney has stated that an autopsy has been ordered, and the incident is currently under investigation.
