The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Benny L. Grady and William E. Mack were apprehended following the shooting that occurred on Tuesday.

According to deputies, the third suspect, Jerry L. Jones, was taken into custody after a three-hour standoff on Thursday in Greenville County.

The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call regarding gunfire at a residence on Durham Road in the Lake Wateree area on Tuesday. Upon their arrival, they reportedly discovered one individual unresponsive and another suffering from a gunshot wound to the hip.

The female victim, later identified as Laporsha Jasma Farr from Spartanburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was transported to a local hospital, where they are currently in stable condition.

Jones faces charges of murder, attempted murder, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Both Mack and Grady have been charged as accessories to murder.
