Benjamin Herche Jr Arrested; – A man was arrested in Russellville after police say he threatened neighbors while armed.
Benjamin Herche Jr. is charged with making a terrorist threat, resisting arrest, as well as several other charges. Russellville Police say they were called to a neighborhood Wednesday night, where they say they found Herche moving around residences and threatening people in the area.
Herche was caught after a foot chase and allegedly resisted arrest. Police say he had a firearm hidden in his waistband.
