Brandon Jobe Armelin Jr Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner has confirmed the identity of the 21-year-old man who was fatally shot outside a sports bar on the East Side of San Antonio over the weekend.
Brandon Jobe Armelin Jr. was named on Thursday as the individual who lost his life in the incident. Additionally, 14-year-old Romeo Cedillo succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound to his neck and shoulder, as reported by the medical examiner’s office earlier this week. His death has been classified as a homicide.
The tragic shooting occurred at approximately 10:35 p.m. on Sunday, near Vibe Sports Bar and Grill, located in the 2600 block of Rigsby Avenue, close to Covington Road and Comanche Park.
According to police, a confrontation erupted in the bar’s parking lot, during which an unidentified assailant shot two men and a teenager. Both Armelin and Cedillo were declared dead at the scene, while another man was taken to a hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition, according to police. The shooter fled the scene in an unidentified vehicle.
