Kevin Neil Flynn Obituary, Death; – A fatal work site incident occurred on Tuesday in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, resulting in the death of a worker, as reported by officials.
According to Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger, 57-year-old Kevin Neil Flynn from Laurens lost his life while operating an excavator on Gary Armstrong Road in Lyman, between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 9:37 a.m.
Clevenger indicated that Flynn was working in proximity to a retaining wall when the excavator toppled from the wall, subsequently trapping him beneath it.
He also noted that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified to participate in the investigation. Further details have not been disclosed at this time.
