Cortney Rose,Matthew Wilson Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identities of the four individuals discovered deceased in Lake County along Carrington Road in Tiptonville, amidst an investigation concerning an abandoned baby in Dyer County on Tuesday.
The deceased have been identified as Cortney Rose, Matthew Wilson, Adrianna Williams, and a juvenile.
The situation appears to be linked to the ongoing inquiry regarding a baby found in the front yard of a residence. The infant was located in a baby seat at a home on Old Highway 20, close to the Tigrett area.
Investigators from both the Dyer County and Lake County Sheriff’s Departments are currently probing the deaths of the four individuals, in collaboration with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the FBI.
A deputy reported that a dark-colored minivan or a white midsize SUV was seen dropping off the baby at a stranger’s residence. Fortunately, the baby was unharmed and has been identified.
Following the identification of the baby, the sheriff’s office expressed a desire to speak with Rose, Wilson, and Williams. “This is a profoundly tragic day for our community. We are dedicated to uncovering the truth and ensuring that justice is served,” stated Sheriff Box.
