Matthew Yunker,Milton Jeffries Obituary, Death; – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has confirmed the identities of the individuals who lost their lives in a collision in rural Kidder County. This incident occurred on Friday evening.
A vehicle traveling in the wrong direction collided with an SUV. The impact caused the car to become airborne, resulting in it landing on another vehicle.
The drivers of both vehicles tragically perished in the accident. They have been identified as 36-year-old Matthew Yunker from Hensler, N.D., and 61-year-old Milton Jeffries from Eagle Butte, S.D. Neither of them was wearing a seatbelt and both were ejected from their cars.
Additionally, 62-year-old Mahlon Jeffries from Eagle Butte was a passenger in the second vehicle. He sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital. The driver of the SUV was unharmed, as he was wearing a seatbelt.
