Ralph Eudy Obituary, Death; – An arrest has been made in connection with an ongoing investigation regarding the death of a man from Rockwell, as reported by deputies from Cabarrus County.
Nathaniel Lee Lynn was taken into custody in Salisbury on Saturday, July 26, just one day after 76-year-old Ralph Eudy was discovered shot to death in his driveway located off Emanuel Road in Rockwell.
Lynn is currently being held without bond while he awaits his initial court appearance before a judge. According to the deputies, one of Eudy’s vehicles, a white 2012 Chevrolet Colorado, has been reported missing. This truck had a distinct stain on the tailgate and bore the North Carolina license plate ZV9249.
Deputies also expressed a desire to speak with the driver of a silver, four-door vehicle, potentially a Dodge Intrepid, that was seen in the vicinity. It was noted that the driver is not believed to be connected to the shooting, according to deputies.
