DAngelo Barker Obituary, Death;- A man wanted for a deadly shooting in Statesville has been arrested in Huntersville, according to police.
The U.S. Marshals Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force and Statesville police tracked down 33-year-old Darryl Jordan and arrested him on Tuesday.
He’s charged with murder in the death of 25-year-old D’Angelo Barker.
Officers were called to East Allison Street for a report of shots fired around 5:30 a.m. on June 14th.
They found Barker in the road with a gunshot to the chest. Officers and EMS tried to save him, but he died at the scene.
Jordan is being held without bond at the Iredell County Detention Center.
