Stephanie Householder Obituary, Death; – A 21-year-old woman and her unborn child have died after she was struck by a vehicle during a domestic incident on Saturday afternoon near Broadway Wharf, just across the Ohio River from Chester, West Virginia.
Authorities identified the victim as Stephanie Householder of West Virginia. According to East Liverpool police, Householder was involved in an argument with the driver of a vehicle in which both individuals had arrived at the location. During the dispute, Householder reportedly exited the vehicle, and moments later, the driver reversed and struck her while attempting to leave the scene.
