Marquis Avery Obituary, Death; – The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in a yard Friday.
PBPD officials said they are investigating a homicide that took place the 1200 block of South Spruce Street at around 3:21 p.m. When officers arrived in the area, they said they found a man, identified as 36-year-old Marquis Avery, dead in the yard.
No suspect information has been released at this time. Authorities said the investigation is in its early stages and details are limited.
