Nicholas Carter Obituary, Death; – Police have identified the man killed in a shooting at a Kansas City apartment complex late Tuesday morning as 36-year-old Nicholas Carter.
Officers responded just before noon Tuesday to a reported shooting in the 5200 block of Oak Leaf Drive. When they arrived, they were directed to the rear of the complex and found Carter inside an apartment suffering from gunshot wounds.

A reward of up to $25,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
