Shannon Kelsey Obituary, Death; – Police have identified the 18-year-old who was shot and killed in the Bronx on Tuesday.
Shannon Kelsey was found with a gunshot wound to the chest near Southern Boulevard and Westchester Avenue in Longwood around 3:50 p.m., according to authorities. Police said he was taken to a local hospital, where he died.
A 38-year-old man was also shot in the leg and a 15-year-old boy was cut in the lip, according to authorities. The circumstances behind the shooting are unclear. No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
