Samuel Torres Ponce Missing;- The Laredo Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 55-year-old Samuel Torres Ponce, who was last seen on May 27 and officially reported missing on June 5.
According to a recent social media post from the department, Mr. Torres Ponce has delicate health conditions, and his well-being is a growing concern.
He is described as being 5′9″ tall, with brown eyes and a bald head. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Laredo Police Department at (956) 795-2800.
