Sebastian Kelley Missing; – Authorities are still pursuing new information regarding the case of a man who vanished in Westbrook eight years ago.
According to the Maine State Police, Sebastian Kelley was last observed on July 17, 2017.
He was reported to be homeless and had suffered an assault shortly prior to his disappearance.
Kelley is described as a black male with a light complexion, standing 5’11” tall and weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his neck that reads “Willow Grace.” Individuals with any information are encouraged to reach out to the Maine State Police at (207) 624-7076.
