Christopher Hunnewell,Ty Carter Obituary, Death; – Maine State Police have released the names of two men found dead earlier this week at a home in Chelsea.
The deceased were identified as 43-year-old Christopher Hunnewell and 22-year-old Ty Carter, both from Chelsea. Their bodies were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta for autopsies.
Investigators have not released how or why the men died. Police responded to the home Windsor Road around 8:37 p.m. Wednesday, where the two men were found dead inside. A juvenile was arrested at the scene that night and charged with murder. He was taken to Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland.
Officials said there is no threat to the public. They have not said what initially led officers to the home, and are not releasing any other information at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
