Christioher Jenkins Obituary, Death; – The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a traffic accident in Moncks Corner on Thursday afternoon.
Christioher Jenkins, aged 88, from St. Stephen, was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. The incident took place on North Highway 52 in Moncks Corner just prior to 1 p.m. Jenkins was the only occupant of a 2005 Lexus SUV.
Emergency services from Berkeley County, along with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office and Moncks Corner Fire & Rescue, responded to the scene. Both the coroner’s office and the Moncks Corner City Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
