Angel Salazar Obituary, Death; – El Paso police have identified the young man who was shot and killed Friday night in far east El Paso.
According to the El Paso Police Department, at around 11:09 p.m., officers found 19-year-old Angel Salazar shot on the street, at the 12400 block of Flora Alba Drive, after receiving reports of a shooting in the area nearby, about a block away on Dana Michelle Street.
Police said Salazar was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and died. EPPD’s Crimes Against Persons unit is leading the investigation. CAP detectives believe Salazar met in a vehicle with someone before gunfire erupted.
