Ralph Moise Obituary, Death; Winnipeg police identify homicide victim found injured on Cumberland Avenue

Ralph Moise Obituary, Death; – A man who passed away after being discovered by police with severe upper body injuries in the Central Park area of Winnipeg last week has been named.

Ralph Moise, aged 39, was a member of the Sayisi Dene First Nation and had been residing in Tadoule Lake prior to his death, according to a news release from the Winnipeg Police Service issued on Monday.

Authorities had previously stated that they responded to a report of an injured individual on Cumberland Avenue near Central Park at approximately 1 a.m. on Friday. The officers who located the man provided him with emergency medical assistance before he was transported to the hospital in critical condition. He was subsequently declared deceased.
