Authorities indicated that Emilia Rechsteiner, aged 14, and Elizabeth Ernst, aged 15, were reported missing by their parents on Tuesday after failing to return home from school.
Police stated that the two have been in contact with friends but have not revealed their whereabouts, suggesting they may have left the area.
