Kevin J Cruz-Strain Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a collision on Farmington Avenue early Friday morning as 19-year-old Kevin J. Cruz-Strain, a resident of Bristol. Officers responded to reports of the incident near the McDonald’s on Farmington Avenue at approximately 12:10 a.m.
Upon arrival, they discovered Cruz-Strain unresponsive in the roadway, as stated by Bristol police Lt. Patrick Krajewski. Emergency responders administered medical assistance before transporting Cruz-Strain to a local hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead, according to Krajewski. He also mentioned that Cruz-Strain’s last known residence was in Bristol.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Farmington Avenue when a small SUV exited the McDonald’s parking lot, leading to the collision. Krajewski confirmed that the driver of the SUV remained at the scene and is cooperating with law enforcement.
