David Lindsay McClean Obituary, Death; – One man was killed after being struck by a tractor trailer on Interstate 29 near Hamburg, Iowa early Saturday morning. According to a release from the Iowa State Patrol, the crash occurred near mile marker one on I-29 near Hamburg.
According to ISP, the man, identified as 46-year-old David Lindsay McClean of Kansas City, was walking across I-29 for an unknown reason when a tractor trailer struck him.
McClean was declared dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office and Hamburg Fire Department assisted at the scene.
