Barrett Copeland,Dennis Craig Alexander Arrested; – The Parker County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended three individuals in connection with a triple homicide that occurred approximately one week after the victims were found deceased at a residence in southern Parker County, as reported by authorities on Tuesday.
The arrested individuals are identified as Barrett Copeland, 19; Dennis Craig Alexander, 45; and Trin Lawrence McKnight, 27, according to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office. The victims include Tiffany Ann Williams, 44, and her husband David Dewayne Walker, 42, along with Robbie Allen Head, 55, who also resided at the couple’s home.
The investigation commenced on April 21, when deputies responded to a call regarding a missing persons report from a concerned family member who had been unable to contact Williams. Following this, the Sheriff’s Office sought public assistance in locating Williams, Walker, and Head, suspecting they may be in peril. A few days later, detectives discovered the bodies of the victims in northern Hood County, adjacent to a creek along FM 167/Temple Hall Highway, as stated by authorities on April 24.
Detectives established that the murders took place on Sunday, April 20, at a residence in southern Parker County, with autopsy results pending to ascertain the cause of death for the victims. The three suspects are facing capital murder charges, as confirmed by the Sheriff’s Office, and are currently held at the Parker County Jail with bonds set at $1 million each. Additionally, Copeland faces a charge of burglary of a habitation with a bond of $50,000, while McKnight has an outstanding warrant from Tarrant County for possession of a controlled substance.
The murder investigation continues with the support of the Texas Rangers, according to authorities.
