Charlie J Bowman Obituary, Death; – A man was fatally injured in a crash that occurred on Wednesday morning in Kokomo, according to police reports.
The Kokomo Police Department stated that at approximately 6:04 a.m. on April 16, officers were dispatched to the U.S. 31 overpass above Center Road, located on the southeast side of Kokomo, near the town of Center, following reports of an accident.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a silver 2014 Chevrolet Equinox situated at the bottom of a ditch, while a 2000 Ford Excursion was found overturned on its roof on the opposite side of the ditch.
The driver of the Ford Excursion, identified as 41-year-old Charlie J. Bowman from Sharpsville, was discovered deceased outside the vehicle, as reported by the police.
