Sally Anne Wheeler Obituary, Death; – The Asheville Police Department reported that a sanitation vehicle belonging to the City of Asheville struck and fatally injured a pedestrian on Wednesday morning.
As per the department’s statement, authorities responded to the scene at the intersection of Highland Place and Sunset View at approximately 7:45 a.m.
