Kevin Tuck Obituary, Death; – Charging documents provide insights into a fatal shooting incident in Randallstown.
The events unfolded on Sunday at approximately 4:30 PM when law enforcement received reports of a gun-related assault in the 400 block of Winlee Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jason Tuck, 38, in the front yard and inquired about the whereabouts of the suspect.
Jason identified himself as the individual involved, leading to his detention by the officers. Following his arrest, authorities located the victim, Kevin Tuck, who is Jason’s brother, deceased in the kitchen from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police interviewed the victim’s mother, who was present during the incident.
She informed the officers that Jason resided at the home and had returned around 3:00 PM with his children, during which she had given him some money. A few minutes later, Kevin entered the house, prompting a dispute over finances. The mother recounted that Jason became extremely agitated, declaring, “I am going to end this once and for all.” He then ascended to his room, ransacking it in search of something.
Jason returned downstairs armed with a shotgun. When their mother attempted to intervene, Jason pushed her aside and aimed the weapon at his brother. At the police station, Jason admitted to arguing with Kevin over money and stated that he retrieved the shotgun from his bedroom, intending to intimidate his brother.
He claimed that the gun was pointed at the ground when it discharged and insisted that no physical altercation took place prior to the shooting. Authorities confirmed the recovery of the weapon, a 12-gauge shotgun, located in the hallway adjacent to the kitchen. Jason faces charges of first-degree murder and is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
