Kristen Ady Obituary, Death; – The Pennsylvania State Police have confirmed the identity of the woman who lost her life in a collision in Lawrence County.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Friday on the westbound side of Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township. A Chevrolet Silverado, operated by 31-year-old Zachariah Kyle, collided with a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by 37-year-old Kristen Ady, resulting in the latter vehicle overturning and impacting two additional cars.
Kristen Ady was declared deceased at the scene, while her passenger, 38-year-old John Ady, was transported to the hospital with suspected serious injuries. The other individuals involved in the accident either sustained no injuries or experienced minor injuries.
Although a medical helicopter was dispatched to the site, it did not transport any patients. The roadway was closed for four hours following the accident but has since been reopened. At this time, there is no information regarding the cause of the crash or whether any charges will be filed.
